B Tareqak is an interactive digital platform acting as an electronic mediator (marketplace) connecting individuals or stores wishing to send or receive packages and purchases (Users) with independent drivers looking to provide delivery services for a fee (Drivers). Please note that the application, with all its assets and trademarks, is fully owned by (Wejha Company) registered under the E-Commerce Registry. Our technical responsibility is strictly limited to providing the smart delivery software infrastructure and facilitating real-time tracking. Our services include delivering documents, medications, gifts, purchases, and any other items permitted by law.

The management of Wejha Company (operating the app) is committed to protecting the personal data and cybersecurity of both users and drivers. We collect the following data: Full name, active phone number (verified via SMS), email address, precise GPS location coordinates during active app use to track shipments, vehicle data and official legal documents of drivers (ID, driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance), and financial transaction details without storing sensitive credit card numbers directly on our servers.
This data is used solely to manage accounts, execute and track delivery operations, provide technical support, and improve service quality. We pledge never to sell or share personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the assigned driver (name and location only to complete the order) or when complying with an official request issued by competent judicial or security authorities under applicable laws.
B Tareqak relies on independent drivers. Estimated delivery times vary depending on pickup/drop-off locations, driver availability, weather conditions, and traffic; hence, the platform does not guarantee a fixed delivery time but strives to provide the fastest route. The user assumes full legal and criminal responsibility for the nature and safety of the shipped packages. It is strictly prohibited to transport: narcotics, psychotropic substances, unregistered medications, firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, cash, jewelry, precious metals (unless under a prior insurance agreement), spoiled food, or any materials violating public order and morals.
The platform utilizes flexible pricing algorithms shown clearly to the user before confirming the order. Available payment methods include: Cash on Delivery (COD), locally licensed e-wallets, or credit/debit cards processed through secure gateways officially approved by the Monetary Authority / Central Bank. All prices are displayed in the approved currency of the operating country.
Since B Tareqak is an intermediary delivery service and not a merchant selling products, any policy regarding exchanging goods or returning manufacturing defects is entirely subject to the policies of the sender or merchant. The user has the right to cancel the order for free before a driver accepts it; minor cancellation fees may apply if canceled after the driver has started moving to compensate them for time and effort. In the event of proven loss or damage to the package resulting from the driver's direct negligence, the internal disputes committee will investigate and provide fair financial compensation to the user according to the declared value and within the caps specified in our internal regulations.
The platform guarantees the continuous operation and efficiency of the application, providing technical support to resolve software glitches, account issues, payment problems, or issues during active orders. The app or Wejha Company does not guarantee the quality or safety of the products themselves; our role is strictly limited to providing a secure digital brokerage and logistical delivery service.
Complaints can be submitted via email at office@b-tareqak.com or through the in-app support ticket system; management commits to reviewing and responding to all complaints within 5 business days. The trade name 'B Tareqak', its verbal and visual logo, and all source codes and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Wejha Company. This document is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, and local system courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
