B Tareqak is an interactive digital platform acting as an electronic mediator (marketplace) connecting clients wishing to send or receive orders with independent drivers looking to provide delivery services for a fee. The app works strictly as an independent technical intermediary and is not a party to the manufacturing, sale, or quality of the delivered goods. Our technical responsibility is limited to running the smart delivery software infrastructure and facilitating shipment tracking for Wejha Company.
The use of the app and its services is permitted to any natural person who is 18 years of age or older, possesses the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and pledges to provide accurate information while complying with all applicable local laws. Wejha Company reserves the right to suspend, reject, or deactivate any account violating these eligibility criteria without prior notice.
Users commit to providing correct, complete, and updated data when registering an account, and to safeguarding the confidentiality of their passwords or access codes without sharing them with others. The user assumes sole civil and criminal liability for all activities, bookings, and financial transactions executed through their account.
Users pledge not to use the platform for any illegal purpose. It is strictly prohibited to transport the following items, and the driver has the absolute right to cancel the order immediately and inform competent authorities in case of suspicion: narcotics, psychotropic substances, unregistered medicines, weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, cash, jewelry, precious metals (unless backed by a prior insurance agreement), spoiled food, or any items violating public order, laws, or morals.
Clients must accurately specify pickup/delivery locations, describe packages honestly, and pay the approved delivery fees. Conversely, independent drivers pledge to adhere to traffic laws, protect and maintain packages during transit, refrain from opening or tampering with them, and maintain professional courtesy. Drivers assume sole liability for traffic violations or damage resulting from their direct negligence.
Estimated delivery fees are displayed clearly to the user before order confirmation based on distance and time algorithms. The platform reserves the right to deduct its designated operational commission from each completed delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the technical management.
Clients can cancel orders for free before a driver accepts them; minor cancellation fees may apply after driver movement to compensate them. In case of proven loss or damage to packages due to direct driver negligence, an internal investigation will occur to compensate the client according to our active policies. Upon delivery completion, both parties agree to submit honest, objective, and non-offensive ratings, with management reserving the right to delete violating reviews.
The trade name 'B Tareqak', its visual/verbal logos, all designs, source codes, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Wejha Company and may not be copied or utilized. The platform assumes no liability for the quality of delivered goods or delays resulting from force majeure. These terms are governed by and construed under applicable local laws, and system courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any arising disputes. For support: office@b-tareqak.com
